Our Private Property Office provides structured owner representation and coordination around your property. The following answers show what we take on, how we work with existing suppliers and where our responsibility deliberately ends.
WORKING TOGETHER & RESPONSIBILITY
No. Immobilien Storch represents and coordinates the owner's side. Where technical, planning or permitting expertise is required, we involve suitable professionals and coordinate their work.
Yes. We generally integrate good existing suppliers into the care arrangement. What matters is reliability, clear responsibilities and professional cooperation.
No. We document visible issues and coordinate suitable professionals where required. Technical surveys and expert assessments are carried out by appropriately qualified specialists.
SUPPLIERS, COSTS & PAYMENTS
No. Immobilien Storch accepts no commissions, kickbacks or referral fees from the suppliers we coordinate. Recommendations and selection are made in the owner's interest.
As a rule, external suppliers invoice the owner directly. This keeps services, costs and payment channels transparent.
No. We organise and document quotations, costs and approvals. The owner retains control of their payments.
AVAILABILITY & ONGOING CARE
No. However, for properties under ongoing care, extended emergency availability applies daily from 7:30 to 22:00 – 365 days a year.
Relevant information, documents and ongoing matters are consolidated in a structured way. On request, owners also receive access to our digital client portal.
GETTING STARTED & THE MANDATE
No. Property Check and Property Setup are standalone services. They create no obligation to enter into ongoing care.
Yes. In a personal initial conversation we first clarify your property, your current organisation and your specific requirement. Only afterwards do we discuss which form of cooperation makes sense.
SERVICE AREA
Our operational focus initially lies around Pisa, Lucca, the Valdera and adjoining areas. We assess properties outside this core area individually.
